Exchange and Return Policy

We regret to inform you that we do not offer a Return and Exchange Policy. However, if the garment you've purchased doesn't meet your expectations, such as misplaced product, you have a 2-day window from the date of delivery to request an exchange.

Please note that the shipping cost for exchanges will be covered by the customer. As we do not provide a reverse pickup service, customers will be responsible for shipping the item back to us and would still have to bear the cost of re-shipping as provided by shipping service company for the exchanged item which we will ship. Ensure that the garment is unused, in its original packaging, and still equipped with all the original tags. Once we receive the package, we will carefully review and process the exchange. Please note that items are eligible for exchange only once. We do not accept exchanges for items marked as SALE or those purchased during a Flash Sale.
